They prefer to built their houses in jungle or plain land near natural water resourses. They make their houses by using sal, karra wood, bamboo and clay. The main room is divided into two parts called khandghar and bhitarghar. The inner-room is bhitarghar for sleeping and keeping household objects. The front room khandghar is used as kitchen and as a place of worship.
