A piece with inscription

Description: Trench: ZB1, Qdt-2, LxB-D= 7.38 mtrs x 4.48 mtrs -4.83 mtrs at peg B1, Stratum: Pit 4 sealed by Layer 7
This is a terracotta. By it's appearance it seems it is a part of circular object. A small leaf like structure is protruding from the main body. Some marks are presented on both sides. Edges are damaging due to rubbing and friction.
