Description: This painting belongs to the Pahari school of painting which depicts a god is seated on a lotus, with hands clasping the face on arms. He is of blue complexion, wears a clown, an orange dhoti to cover the lower portion, red cloth with a yellow border thrown round the neck and flowing both sides. He also wears a mala of white beads, a black mala with a pendant, armlets and karas. There is a trishul mark on the forehead. The god is looking straight. On his right side, a devotee is standing and blowing a conch. He has black hair, clear black eyes, black moustaches flowing on both sides, wearing a mala and karas. On the other side are another devotee performing arti with a lamp and a bell. He is of fair complexion, has black hair on the head, well-dressed and tied into a big knot at the top. He has clear black eyes, wears a mala, armlets, karas, a white skirt and an orange-red dhoti. A white cloth is thrown on the left shoulder. The right foot is a little raised and the left foot is firmly set on the mat. A conch and two pots are lying near the deity. It has a yellow background, blue sky and red border.
