Description: This painting belongs to the Pahari school of painting which depicts a young lady seated under a balcony overlooking an open green ground, smoking a hukka. She holds the pipe of a hukka in her right hand close to the lips. The left-hand rests on the railing of the balcony. The lady is fair complexioned, has black hair on the head which are properly dressed and the tresses are falling at the back. She wears a white ordhni with golden border covering the body. She also wears earrings, head ornaments, pearls falling at the forehead, nose ring, armlets and bangles, fore-fingers and lips are dyed red. Her head is slightly bent and looking downwards and she is in a thoughtful mood. It has a grey background, red border with white and black lines.
