Issue Date: 2017

Description: The video is a feature on the fun science exhibits of the National Council of Science Museums (NCSM). One of the main objectives of the NCSM is to take science to the people and one of the ways it fulfils this goal is through the setting up of fun exhibits in its galleries. The workshop of the museum works hard to create these exhibits which invite visitors to indulge in play and learning. Every exhibit is designed with this element of play and the user can participate or interact with the exhibit. The film takes us to Delhi where this model of fun science was being adopted like the inauguration of the Fun Science Gallery at the National Science Centre in 1988. This Fun Science Gallery was opened to the public and science experts across the world and they all had the opportunity to explore the 101 hands-on exhibits.
